Partnership Forum: On December 2, 2014, AMCP brought together 60 health care executives from across the nation for a full day of dialogue on critical issues facing the health care system.
Medication Therapy Management Interventions in Outpatient Settings describes intervention components and implementation features for outpatient medication therapy management (MTM) interventions with comprehensive medication review, follow-up, education, and care coordination. Assesses the effectiveness of these MTM interventions on intermediate, patient-centered, or resource utilization outcomes; identifies intervention features and patient characteristics that moderate the effect of an intervention on outcomes; and assess harms associated with interventions.
On August 22, 2014, the DEA issued a final rule (79 FR 49661) in which they rescheduled hydrocodone combination products (HCPs) from schedule III to schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act as of October 6, 2014.
