AMCP Partnering is an opportunity for attendees to formally connect with key audiences face-to-face within a designated area on the AMCP exhibit floor.
Individual access to partnering can be secured through the registration system. Company access can be secured through a sponsorship of a suite or table.
Registered meeting attendees that have purchased partnering access will have the opportunity to accept and/or request pre-scheduled 30-minute meetings plus control their availability by modifying their schedule all within the platform. The system will review each participant's calendar, find a mutual available time to meet and assign a location. The platform will open to participants weeks in advance of an AMCP meeting.
In addition to individual access, companies may also purchase dedicated branded suites or tables which will allow for scheduled meetings to be assigned to this specific meeting point. As part of either sponsorship, companies will receive a set number of users permitted access to the platform.
