AMCP launched the Patient Voice Initiative in 2023 to enhance patient engagement by healthcare decision-makers (HCDMs). Its first phase established the Patient Voice Advisory Group, which developed the Engagement Framework for Payers and Patient Organizations. The Patient Journey Collection is a communication tool to incorporating the patient’s voice in decision-making processes.
