Jasmine Knight, PharmD, MS
Senior Director, FormularyDecisions
Jasmine Knight, PharmD, MS, is a Senior Director of Digital Solutions at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen|Xcenda). In her role, she leads the FormularyDecisions team, overseeing product management and development, business development and growth, and stakeholder engagement and support.
An active member of AMCP for over 15 years, Jasmine has volunteered for many AMCP opportunities including summer internship judge, conference buddy, session moderator, and committee member. She was recognized with the New Practitioner Award in 2018 and has chaired the Membership and Student Pharmacists' Committees and was involved with the Educational Affairs Committee.
Tasmina Hydery, PharmD, MBA, BCGP, FAMCP
Director, Payer Engagement, FormularyDecisions
Tasmina Hydery PharmD, MBA, BCGP, FAMCP, is a Director of Digital Solutions at Cencora. In this role, she leads several growth strategies on FormularyDecisions, including driving awareness and utilization among healthcare decision-makers and optimization by biopharma companies.
Before joining FormularyDecisions, Tasmina was in a lead clinical role for the consulting division of a large academic institution for nearly seven years.
She has served on AMCP’s national committees and Northeast Affiliate board of directors and was honored with the inaugural Diplomat of the Year award and Fellow of AMCP.
Cynthia Thai, PharmD
Assistant Director, Payer Engagement, FormularyDecisions
Cynthia Thai, PharmD, is an Assistant Director of Digital Solutions at Cencora where she enhances healthcare decision-maker awareness of and engagement with FormularyDecisions while supporting its continuous improvement.
As a pharmacy student, Cynthia actively participated in her school’s AMCP student chapter and competed in the local AMCP Foundation P&T Competition. Now, she works on the platform that provides the eDossier for the competition while remaining involved with AMCP through national committees.
