Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from an accredited college or schools of pharmacy, eligible for licensure in New York State. Please submit a completed application, Curriculum Vitale, letter of intent, official pharmacy school transcript (sent directly from the school), three letters of recommendation (sent directly from the letter writers), one writing sample, and virtual interview for selected candidates. The objective of this one-year post-graduate program is to provide advanced training in the managed care setting.

As part of the Department of Pharmacy Services, the Resident will play an integral role in daily operations and will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve our members' quality of care and ensure we meet and exceed best practice standards of care. The residency program offers rotations in areas such as Operations, Administration/Leadership, Behavioral Health, Hepatitis C & HIV, Medicare and Quality Assurance. Additional opportunities include research, project development & management, formulary management, utilization management, participation in a Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and mentorship of APPE pharmacy students.
