▸ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my conference registration?

Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing and be received two months prior to the conference to receive a partial refund, less applicable administrative fees listed below. Cancellation fees will not be charged to attendees who cancel their registration due to COVID 19.

There are no refunds on AMCP Foundation events or membership fees at any time. Registrations for AMCP Foundation events, as well as direct donations to the AMCP Foundation, are tax deductible.

Registration cannot be transferred to other AMCP meetings, events, or membership fees.

Is there a deadline for registration?

No, there is no deadline for registration. You can register up through the second day of the conference. However, we recommend registering early to take advantage of our early bird special rates and to secure your hotel and travel accommodations in advance.

Are there any registration discounts available?

Yes, we offer early bird registration discounts for those who register early. We have an advanced rate discount, and AMCP members receive a substantial discount over non-member registration fees. While student rates are not discounted, they are a fraction of the cost of a professional registration. Inquire about military and non-profit rates.

Will there be networking opportunities?

AMCP conferences offer a wide range of professional networking opportunities and social events throughout the conference for career advancement, informal learning from industry leaders, and meaningful conversations. You can reconnect with other AMCP members, AMCP Affiliates or use the mobile app to connect with other attendees.
