Prerequisites:
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy
Eligibility of licensure in California by October 31, 2024
Required Application Materials:
To be considered for our Pharmacy Residency Program, please send a Curriculum Vitae, a letter of intent, an official pharmacy school transcript sent directly from the school, and three letters of recommendation sent directly from letter writers to PharmacyResidency@iehp.org. Selected applicants will be invited for interviews.
Special Features
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) Managed Care Residency Program is designed to prepare the resident to be a leader within managed care pharmacy practice. The program will provide an individualized managed care opportunity to develop areas in clinical services, patient-centered care, project management, and pharmacy leadership. The resident will gain experience in various aspects of managed care including but not limited to Clinical Programs, Pharmacy Operations, Formulary Management, Pharmacy Services, Informatics, Integrated Transitional Care, and Pharmacy Strategy. The resident will also have the opportunity to travel to state association meetings.
