To identify legislative and regulatory developments at the state and federal levels regarding managed care pharmacy and to develop strategies, policies, and resources regarding their developments consistent with the mission of the Academy.
- Experience and/or interest in developing strategies and policies regarding current and anticipated legislation impacting managed care pharmacy
- AMCP Active or Associate Members may serve on this committee
