Organizational Affairs Committee

Committee Mission: 
To develop and maintain AMCP’s bylaws, organizational policies, procedures, and structure consistent with the mission of AMCP. 

Committee Qualifications:  

  • Only AMCP Active Members may serve on this committee. 
  • Experience and/or interest in assuring that AMCP has an appropriate governance structure and sound operating policies and procedures. 
  • Understanding of AMCP organizational governance structure. 

Term/Special Requirements: 

  • Must be willing to serve a one-year term with eligibility to serve up to three years.
