A. Communication with AMCP Headquarters
Whom should we contact at AMCP?
All communications regarding the Affiliate should be directed to the Member Services staff — Betty Whitaker, Senior Director Membership Engagement & Publications (View Email Address) or Susan Noell, Asst. Director of Corporate Relations & Membership (View Email Address ).
Can anyone from the Affiliate contact AMCP about Affiliate business?
It depends! Specific inquiries about Affiliate operations should come from a designated individual/officer of the Affiliate. Requests for payment of invoices, individual reimbursements, or broadcast emails will be honored only if the individual is an officer of the Affiliate or has been approved by the President. It is requested that the Affiliate designated one or two individuals who will serve as the primary contact(s) with AMCP.
Does the Affiliate have to file any reports?
Yes! The Affiliate is required to keep AMCP abreast of its local activities. The Affiliate should also forward any Officer meeting summaries for posting under the Affiliate’s area of Section Two of this e-Manual.
B. AMCP Logo Use
Can the Affiliate use the AMCP logo?
No! AMCP Affiliates are required to use the logo developed specifically for the Affiliate. It incorporates the AMCP logo with the Affiliate name. When using the AMCP Affiliate-specific logo, Affiliates are required to follow the posted guidelines.
