On June 25, the House Energy and Commerce Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee held a hearing titled “State Medicaid Program Integrity: Examining Fraud Risks and Oversight Deficiencies.” The hearing featured state Medicaid program directors from Minnesota, California, New York, and Ohio, who testified to strategies they’ve implemented to insure Medicaid program integrity in their states.
