CMS Announces Public Engagement Events for the Second Cycle of Negotiations
- On February 21, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced public engagement events for the second cycle of the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.
- The events will take place from April 16 to April 30, 2025, and participant registration will be open until March 12, 2025.
- There will be a live-streamed town hall meeting for clinicians, researchers, and other interested parties, as well as 15 private patient-focused roundtable events for patients, patient advocacy organizations, and caregivers selected to join.
- The public can also submit written input by March 1, 2025.
- CMS will release redacted transcripts of the events after they have ended.
