On Feb. 10, AMCP responded to CMS’s Advance Notice of Methodological Changes for Calendar Year (CY) 2026 for Medicare Advantage (MA) Capitation Rates and Part C and Part D Payment Policies [CMS-2024-0360]. The notice, issued on Jan. 10, describes changes to Medicare Part D under the Inflation Reduction Act and efforts to simplify and refocus the measure set to improve the impact of the star ratings program.
