Notice of Duplicate Publication "Use of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Testing Among Patients with Diabetes Mellitus," by Barbara A. Else and Samir K. Bhattacharyya was published in this journal, November/December 1997, Vol.3, No.6, pages 691-696. A substantially similar article by Samir K. Bhattacharyya was published in the September 1997 issue of the American Journal of Managed Care, Vol. 3, No. 9, pages 1343-1350. The Journal of Managed Care Pharmacy was unaware that the article had been published previously. In addition, we had received a written statement from the author stating that the manuscript had not been accepted for publication or published previously and was not under consideration by any other publication.
