Please note that in order to register as a member of the media for AMCP’s 21st Annual Meeting & Showcase, you will be required to present press credentials on-site from a recognized news agency, press association or subscription-based publication. We are sorry, but we are not able to accommodate bloggers at this time.

Members of the press are welcome to attend all events and educational presentations, but please remember, the focus of this conference is on meeting our members’ and attendees’ educational needs. Please be respectful and do not interrupt, take photos or interfere with the presentation. You may ask questions or take photos after the session has concluded. Disruptions during any educational session may result in you being asked to leave the session, and could result in revocation of press privileges.

Video taping of keynote presentations is not permitted. Video taping of AMCP faculty requires the written consent from the speaker prior to the presentation and notification of the AMCP room monitor. 

No lighting or flashes may used during any presentations. AMCP employs an official event photographer. We are happy to share our photos at no cost to you. If the AMCP photographer is taking photos that you would like, please present her with your business card containing your email address and the session name, and you will receive photos from AMCP about a week later.
