The Individual Contribution Award recognizes an AMCP member who has made a significant contribution to the Academy and the profession by means other than service as an AMCP Committee Member. Academicians who have made exemplary contributions to managed care pharmacy are encouraged to apply. Deadline for nominations: July 30, 2010.

The Grassroots Advocacy Award recognizes a significant contribution to AMCP's grassroots effectiveness by an individual member or group. Deadline for nominations: July 30, 2010.

The Steven G Avey Award recognizes an individual for sustained, exemplary and distinguished service to the profession of managed care pharmacy. Deadline for nominations: July 30, 2010.

The Spirit of Volunteerism Award recognizes a dedicated AMCP member who has made a remarkable contribution through volunteer activities. The Award provides recognition for exemplary and outstanding committee service that has resulted in successful high-quality Academy programs, projects or services, during the year 2009-2010. Deadline for nominations: July 30, 2010.

The AMCP Distinguished Service Award recognizes an AMCP member for exceptional and sustained volunteer service and commitment to the Academy.

• Recognize sustained excellence in the pharmacy profession and grant recognition for exceptional contributions, long-term commitment, and active participation in the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
• Promote awareness throughout the pharmaceutical community about individuals who have distinguished themselves in the profession of managed care pharmacy.
• Be a public affirmation of the sustained level of service and commitment to the pharmacy profession above and beyond routine job requirements.
