Registration for the 2010 Educational Conference will open June 29, 2010 at approximately 1:00 pm ET. This information is subject to change. Registration and Housing Forms will be available prior to online registration beginning on June 29th. HERE'S HOW TO REGISTER......................

When registering by fax or mail, please complete the registration form available on the AMCP website and return it with the appropriate registration fees to the address or fax number listed above.
AMCP is an organization that represents individuals. In order to be eligible for the AMCP "member" registration rate, you must be an individual member in good standing. If you have any questions about your membership, please contact the AMCP Membership Department at (800) 827-2627.
Please Note: AMCP Corporate Member employees must be individual AMCP members in good standing to be eligible for the "member" registration fee.
Take advantage of the reduced pre-registration fees by having your form and payment in full (by check or credit card) received on or before Friday, September 10, 2010.. Registration forms received after this date are subject to the on-site registration fees. See the registration form for fees. Confirmation notices will be sent to all confirmed participants.
Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing and must be received by Friday, September 10, 2010. A $150 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No cancellation/refund requests will be granted after Friday, September 10, 2010. Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. An administrative fee of $30 (other fees may apply) will be assessed. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed. No registration transfers to other AMCP national meetings. A valid photo ID must be presented at registration check-in to obtain your badge and meeting materials.
