AMCP and FMCP Confer Awards
Individuals who have contributed their time and talent to the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy wil be recognized at an awards ceremony Thursday, April 17, 2008, at the San Francisco Marriott. In addition, the prestigious Steven G. Avey Award will be conferred by the Foundation upon Dr. David Eddy for his ground-breaking work in evidence-based medicine.

Education and Networking Opportunities for Pharmacists and Health Care Professionals
The Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy will host its 20th Annual Meeting and Showcase in San Francisco from April 16-19, 2008 at the Moscone West Convention Center. The Academy's new officers will be installed during the Friday General Session, featuring Ted Koppel as the keynote speaker. Robert Reich, economist and secretary of Labor in the Clinton Administration will headline the Thursday General Session.
