Specialty Pharmacy Connect offers a strategic,
forward-thinking look at new innovations in managing specialty pharmacy
utilization and spend from the payer perspective. This year’s Specialty
Pharmacy Connect pre-meeting program will focus on the role and utilization of
precision medicine in oncology, management and value assessment of orphan drugs
for rare diseases, and the use of big data to benchmark the quality of care.
The program is designed for and with industry leaders, experts and managed care
pharmacists operating in this fast-growing sector, and will provide
opportunities to both learn and network with those interested in specialty pharmacy.
New this year! Specialty Pharmacy Connect will
provide 3.5 hours of continuing pharmacy education credit. Key areas of focus will
