Membership Categories

Pharmacist member- $240 Annual Dues 

Our core constituency is Pharmacist members. Pharmacists are individuals who are licensed or eligible for licensure to practice the profession of pharmacy in the United States and its possessions supporting the mission and objectives of AMCP. Pharmacist members hold full voting rights and have the privilege to serve on all AMCP committees and run for the Board of Directors.  

 

Health Care Practitioner member- $240 Annual Dues 

Recognizing the growing interrelationships of physicians and nurses with the pharmacist in managed care pharmacy, the Health Care Practitioner membership includes doctors and registered nurses who have direct involvement in the practice of managed care pharmacy and support the mission and objectives of AMCP. Health Care Practitioner members may serve on all AMCP operating committees.  

 

Associate member- $440 Annual Dues 

Associate members are other individuals, not eligible for Pharmacist or Health Care Practitioner memberships, who are interested in the advancement and development of managed care pharmacy practices, regardless of practice environment and support the mission and objectives of AMCP.  Associate members serve on a number of AMCP committees.  

 

Student Pharmacist member- $35 Annual Dues 

Student Pharmacist members must be enrolled full-time in a school or college of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Student Pharmacist members can serve on a number of AMCP committees , participate in appropriate competitions and take advantage of an array of benefits such as AMCP members-only informational resources.  

 

Resident/Fellow/Graduate Student member- $85 Annual Dues 

Resident/Fellow/Graduate Student members must be enrolled full-time in a graduate/postgraduate school program recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or practicing full-time in a residency or fellowship related to pharmacy or managed care pharmacy. Resident/Fellow/Graduate Student members can lend their expertise in a variety of ways including AMCP committee service and virtual focus groups.
