 "I joined AMCP because of the benefits the organization provides to healthcare practitioners like me.  AMCP continues to be a great resource for information related to managed care and is a great friend to me.  “The most important benefit of my membership in AMCP as a relatively new practitioner has been the opportunity to network.  Attending an AMCP meeting leaves me motivated and recharged to head back to work and continue trying to make a difference for patients.  In addition to networking, I enjoy reading the “Daily Dose”  every morning and the ability to keep up with what is happening in managed care outside of my limited scope of practice using the web resources and publications.  I also frequently use the website as a source of information and ideas when working with rotation students and students interested in managed care.  Overall, my membership has been very valuable and I am thankful for the information and opportunities it has provided.”
