Federal and State Legislative and Regulatory Issues

All you have to do is open a newspaper or turn on the TV to know we live in dynamic times.  Landmark health care reforms enacted in 2010 are changing the way Americans deliver, receive and pay for health care.

AMCP closely monitors federal and state legislation and regulations that would have an impact on practitioners of managed care pharmacy and the patients they serve.   This section provides you with the tools and information you need to understand and help influence the issues that matter to you.

Contact your State Advocacy Coordinator to get involved in advocacy efforts in your state.
